A little mindfulness to get us in the mood

Mindfulness exercises can help us find our inner calm. Pippa used this as a warm up for acrylics.  For some, producing a painting can feel very scary, especially as a beginner.  However, having not only survived but enjoyed the morning, our guests were keen for more.  One of our participants, Jenni, wrote after the Artbreak:  “Was a super cool challenging learning dynamic process.  As a complete beginner our facilitator teachers were patient and professional and creative and focussed and had a great sense of humor and belief in our capabilities.  Amazing location, yummy kai and great company too!!!  Arohanui to our group.”
