Due to changing circumstances we will not be running Artbreaks in the foreseeable future.
Our heartfelt thanks to the wonderful people who have taken part over the years.
Artbreak has been a wonderful experience for us and this has been a difficult decision to make.

Hauraki Rail Trail Te Aroha/Waihi

Published 11 March, 2017 in Local activities/places to go

A bunch of friends and ourselves rode the Hauraki Rail Trail again in January, but this time from Te Aroha. Our trip began with a night at Te Aroha motorcamp, breakfast and antique shopping in Te Aroha, lunch at The Refinery in Paeroa, swimming in the gorge and staying the night at the ‘Starry Nights’ in Waikino including dinner at our favourite Bistro. The following day we rode to Waihi with a picnic and read by the river enroute. The others rode back to Paeroa for the night and then rode onto Thames the next day. Here are some photos.
