Independent own project art break

Published 05 November, 2015 by Naomi in Some of our Art Break stories

Two fellow students from Browne Art School and a non painting partner came and worked with us on our own projects for the end of year exhibition whilst still being catered for.  Despite the weather being variable we all had a great time.  Gavin stationed himself at the beach for the first day and outside on the back lawn for the second morning.  the rest of us weren’t quite so brave and enjoyed the indoor outdoor option of painting at the bach.

Dianne, our non-painting participant, in between being equally stimulating company, enjoyed biking up the estuary and exploring the local areas including Bowentown.

I felt sorry it was over so soon but it was surprising how much we all accomplished.  Working as a group (singularly but together) it ceased any procrastination and sustained our creative energies.

Now we are looking forward to doing it again.
